The prices are per day for a room occupied by one or two people, on a bed & breakfast basis.  They include VAT and service, but not the local ‘Taxe de Séjour’.
Any booking will be considered confirmed after having received a deposit (30% of the total amount of your stay.)
For travel Agencies the full prepayment has to be received 14 days before the guest’s arrival.
In case of a cancellation or change of the stay, the cancellations fees will be calculated as follow:

• From 20 days prior to the arrival: 30% of the stay
• From 14 days to the arrival day: 100% of the stay
